Maison Vaurel respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and how you can control it.
What we collect
When you book an appointment or reserve pieces, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the boutique you choose, the pieces you are interested in and any message you write to us.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address only.
How we use it
We use your details to arrange your appointment or reservation, to contact you about it and, if you subscribed, to send you news from the Maison. We never sell your details or share them with other brands.
Your requests are forwarded to our client advisors by email. Those internal emails may record when they are opened, to help us make sure no request is missed.
Your bag and cookies
The pieces in your bag are remembered in your own browser, on your device only, until you reserve them or remove them. We do not use advertising cookies.
We measure visits to this site with privacy-friendly, cookie-free statistics that do not identify you.
How long we keep it
Appointment and reservation requests are kept for as long as needed to serve you and for our legal obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time, by contacting our client services.
Contact
For any question about your data, call our client services on +33 1 99 00 10 48 or ask a client advisor when you book an appointment.
